软纳米材料与器件实验室:我们的研究是一个多学科交叉的方向,包括二维纳米材料的制备(CVD和溶液法)和表征,以及运用软物质技术和纳米技术对二维纳米材料/聚合物体系的可控调制,设计具有非凡性能的先进功能材料,器件和系统,来应对在柔性电子,光电子,纳电子,能源和健康等领域面对的挑战。我们对以下领域的研究特别感兴趣:2D纳米材料,柔性/可拉伸器件,纳米光电子器件,光探测器,传感器,能源存储,以及健康领域。

Lab for Soft Nano-Materials and Devices: Our research focuses on a broad multidisciplinary area, ranging from 2D nanomaterials synthesis and characterization, engineering of 2D nanomaterials / polymer system using soft-matter technology and nanotechnology, to design advanced functional materials, devices, and systems with extraordinary functions. addressing the challenges from flexible electronics, optical electronics, nanoelectronics, energy storage, and health care. We are particularly interested in the applications in 2D nanomaterials, flexible/stretchable devices, nano optoelectronics, photo detector, sensors, energy storage, and health care.
