2011年华中科技大学，电子科学与技术系，获副博士生导师资格；
2007年8月-2008年1月，四川大学，外国语学院，英语进修；
2008年-2009年，美国科罗拉多大学斯普林斯分校物理系，青年骨干1：1配套项目资助，访问学者；
2011年8月至今，美国科罗拉多大学斯普林斯分校磁学和磁性纳米结构研究中心，高级研究助理；

研究方向、领域：
微波磁性功能材料及其应用技术；新型电磁功能材料；磁性薄膜与器件。
主要成果：
主持自主创新项目（5万）、预研课题（150万）和横向研发项目（14.5万）等，作为技术负责人完成预研重点基金（200万）与预研项目（50万）等，作为技术骨干参与国家自然科学基金（60万）、探索项目（400万、450万）与技改项目（500万）、产学研项目（50万）等。
获青年教师教学竞赛一等奖（2010）一次，教学质量二等奖（2007-2008）一次，大学生科技创新活动优秀指导教师（2010）一次。
