研究简介:
段国韬,华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院/武汉光电国家研究中心教授,博士生导师,长期从事半导体传感器及其应用研究工作:提出了MEMS与金属氧化物微纳材料结合的新一代气体传感器结构,开展MEMS传感器芯片硅基晶圆级制造技术研究;通过第一性原理与先进光电探测技术结合,研究表面反应动力学过程和催化气敏机制,设计开发高性能半导体敏感材料与器件;研发场效应晶体管型传感芯片及其生物检测技术;积极推动传感器在环境、工业与公共安全等领域的实际应用。
