软纳米材料与器件实验室:我们的研究是一个以柔性纳米器件和新材料为核心的多学科交叉方向。基于石墨烯等二维材料与仿生弹性体材料,运用软物质技术和纳米技术,设计和制造具有非凡性能的柔性功能器件和系统,来应对面向柔性光电子,能源和健康等领域的前沿与挑战。我们对以下领域的研究特别感兴趣:电子皮肤,柔性机器人,二维异质结晶体管/光探测器,柔性光声超材料及器件,表面等离子激元,柔性电子互联及封装,纳米能量收集器件,以及面向人工智能及健康监控的可穿戴传感器等。

Laboratory for Soft Nano-Materials and Devices: The focus of our group is the understanding and development of flexible nano-devices and novel materials in a broad multidisciplinary area. Taking advantage of cute-edge nanotechnologies and soft-matter technologies, we are dedicated to design and fabricate flexible/stretchable devices and systems with extraordinary functions using building blocks like graphene and other 2D materials together with elastomers, addressing the challenges from flexible electronics/photonics, energy, and health care. Research areas or projects we are particularly interested in are: electronic skins, soft robotics, transistors or photo-detectors based on 2D vad der Waals heterostructures, soft meta-structures for photonics/acoustics, surface plasmon resonance, stretchable conductors, flexible energy harvesters, and wearable sensors and devices for health care.
